Also, changes are coming to the mortgage and closing process. The Consumer Financial Protection Board recently announced that it will delay the effectiveness of the new closing process until early October, 2015. My practice is adopting industry-wide best practices to facilitate the transition to the new “TRID” process and the new loan documentation that will be required.
